Stress-Free Brownies

Recipe Includes: PROBIOGEN Stress & Mood Balance

INGREDIENTS

½ cup applesauce

¼ cup coconut sugar

¼ cup maple syrup

1 large avocado

3 eggs

½ cup cacao powder

½ cup flour

¼ tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. vanilla extract

5 capsules of PROBIOGEN Stress & Mood Balance

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and add eggs.
  4. Whisk until combined.
  5. Add rest of dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  6. Pour mixture into baking sheet and spread until even.
  7. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
