No-Bake Oatmeal Bites

INGREDIENTS

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)

⅓ cup raw honey

2 Tbsp flaxseed

1 Tbsp cacao powder

1 Tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

5 capsules of PROBIOGEN Allergy Defense

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from fridge and roll into balls.
  4. Keep oatmeal bites in the fridge until ready to serve.
