INGREDIENTS

1 large avocado

2 slices whole wheat toast

1 tablespoon chia seeds

½ cup arugula

2 lemon slices

2 capsules Women’s Vitality Probiotic

Salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mash together the avocado and the contents of the probiotic capsules.
  2. Spread about half the avocado mixture on each slice of toast.
  3. Top with arugula, chia seeds, salt and pepper and juice from the lemon slices to taste.
